Additional guests more than 2: $25 per person per night
Cleaning fee: $100 - $150 depending on the listing.

Property and Cancellation Policies:
Our cancellation policy for Standard Rates is as follows:
For any changes or cancellations made less than fourteen(14) days in advance, you will be only refunded 50% of the total payment.
Any changes or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a full 100% charge for room, taxes, and fees.
NO SMOKING
This property is 100% smoke-free and does not allow cigarette smoke or any other vapor-producing product in our hotel. If there is physical evidence, smell of smoke, or other smoke-producing products found in my guest room during my stay or after I check out, I will be liable for a $250 penalty fee. I have read and understand the hotel's 100% smoke-free policy. Additional fines may be imposed on you by the local authorities should the fire alarm be triggered from your room.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
This property assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewels, or other valuables. The property is not responsible for contents left in your room or vehicle on property. The property is not responsible for unclaimed items after more than 14 days from the date it was turned in.
PROPERTY:
You will be held liable for any items missing from the property after your departure.
You will be held personally liable for any damage to the room and charges incurred thereafter.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11 AM. Late check-outs must be requested before the morning of departure and are subject to availability. If your room has not been vacated by 11 am on your departure date, you may be charged a late check-out fee equivalent to a half-day's room and tax; check-outs past 2 pm may be subject to a full night’s room and tax.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
Must be 21 yrs or older. You are required to provide a valid form of identification. Upon completion of a reservation, a confirmation number is supplied to the guest via telephone or email.
KEY POLICY:
In the event that the smart lock fails, a lockbox code will be issued. Failure to return the key, or lost and misplaced keys will result in a $75 replacement fee.
PARKING:
On-site parking available on the driveway
PROPERTY CAPACITY:
Standard occupancy is 2 persons per property. There is a guest fee of $25 for each additional guest.
PET FEE:
Only applicable for pet-friendly properties. (Mt Rainier Getaway, Little Wolf Cabin, South Fork Cabin, and Daisy Wander)
We charge a refundable deposit of $200. This will be refunded after we finish cleaning the cabin at the end of your visit. Some of your deposits might be held back if any pet-related damage is found.
We charge $50 per night for a pet fee.
PET RULES:
At the moment, we only permit 1 dog.
We are requesting the pet not to get on the couch or bed as it's extremely difficult to remove pet hair, the cleaning fee will be deducted if it happens.
Do NOT leave your dog at the cabin unattended.
Guests must pick up dog waste in a doggy poop bag and dispose of it in an outdoor trash can.
Please report any accidents so I can ensure they are cleaned up properly and do not encourage future guests’ dogs to pee there.
The dog must be on a leash since the property is not fenced.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB:
This is only applicable to our hot tub properties, which are Mt Rainier Getaway and Daisy Wander
The guest understands that there are special risks involved in the use of a hot tub. Guest is aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using the hot tub too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or is pregnant. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against the Owner of the property for accidents or injury arising from the use of the hot tub. Guest agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence. Should the Guest or Guest’s guests contaminate the water with sand or suntan lotion by not abiding by the rules, the guest agrees to an additional charge of $300.00 to cover the cost to drain, clean, and refill the tub and remediate the contamination to the filtering system. In consideration of my anticipated stay, I agree, intending to be legally bound hereby, that the property owners and their heirs, servants, agents, contractors, and employees shall not be liable for my injury or death, or the injury or death of my invited guests.
